Exchanging Currencies

1. a.    LIQD offers an exchange function within your dashboard where you can swap between several FIAT and digital currencies.
2. b.    To use the exchange you select the FROM currency first and TO currency second.

AML

1. a.    Certain transactions may trigger an AML check on your account, if the amount is unusual or other factors such as bank location or frequency of deposits.
2. b.    Don’t be alarmed as most AML checks are completed within a day or two.
3. c.    Look out for an email from our friendly team who will guide you through the process with minimum delay.
4. d.    Be ready to send documents or other details as requested so we can clear your AML status and payment.
