How to deposit funds to Liqd?

Deposit funds
1. a. After KYC is approved, you can proceed to the dashboard where you can deposit funds in your chosen currency.
2. b. For example to deposit EUR, you click ‘topup funds’ and view the bank details provided
3. c. Carefully copy the bank data into your own online banking, as a new payee.
4. d. Make sure to include the payment reference code from the deposit details and include this when making any payments from your bank account to Liqd.
5. e. For EUR payments you can use the IBAN + deposit reference. Some banks may also ask you for the BIC / swift code.
6. f. For GBP payments you can use the IBAN or sort code / account number provided + deposit reference.
7. g. Minimum deposit amount is £100 or €100 so please make sufficient payment from your online banking. We recommend not to send more than €/£10,000 on the first deposit, to reduce chance of payment delays by your bank to a new payee.
8. h. After first deposit you can increase deposit amount up to €/£1,000,000 maximum according to your needs. LIQD is a regulated financial institution and has reliable institutional banking.
9. i. After you have made the payment from your bank, take a screenshot showing the payment amount, reference and date. (or as much details as possible on the payment confirmation page of your online banking / app)
10. j. Upload this screenshot to Liqd on the next page, where indicated.
11. k. Now wait for our payments team to confirm your payment and update your account balance. This may take from 1 hour to 3 days maximum, depending on factors such as when your payment was sent and if your bank sent an instant or nextday payment.
12. l. If you haven’t seen the deposit credited after 3 days then please submit a support request via your dashboard giving us full details of what you sent (payer name, date, amount, reference, bank name etc)
13. m. After the deposit is credited to your balance you can use the funds on Liqd, or withdraw if you wish.
